  • How do I qualify for an Elevate with Africanbank learning pass?
    Sign up for an Elevate Bank account with African Bank for just R40 a month and receive access to an Elevate learning pass.
  • Once I have opened my Elevate bank account how do I register with Elevate education?
    You can access Elevate by visiting www.elevatewithab.com and following the prompts to enter your cellphone number and 15-digit Elevate code. You should have received your 15- digit code via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • What platforms does Elevate partner with?
    Elevate partners with a variety of online education platforms. Offers are broken down into Always on Partners and Benefit partners.
  • How do I redeem my Elevate learning products
    Visit the Elevate with AB portal. On mobile, select the Redeem your Voucher button on the footer of you page. On your desktop, open the chat bot by clicking on the prompt. Enter your cellphone number. Our chatbot will validate your cell phone number and then present you with a list of educational partners where you can redeem your voucher.
  • Can I redeem multiple vouchers?
    Yes, you can redeem vouchers for multiple educational partners by following the same process each time. You are limited to one voucher per education partner.
  • What should I do if the bot is not able to validate my cell phone number?
    Double check that you have entered your cellphone number in the correct format. If you have checked this and it is still not working your bank account may not be an active bank account. Contact Africanbank and they will be able to assist you.
  • Can I redeem my voucher through WhatsApp?
    Yes, you can redeem your voucher via WhatsApp. Just click the link provided in the SMS or WhatsApp message you received and follow the prompts to interact with our chatbot.
  • How do I choose an educational partner?
    After entering your 15-digit Elevate code, the chatbot will present you with a list of available partners. You can select the partner that best suits your learning needs.
  • Can I change my selected partner after I’ve made a choice?
    Once you have selected a partner and redeemed the voucher, you cannot change the selection for that specific voucher code. However, you can redeem another voucher if you still have a partner available to redeem.
  • What types of courses are available on the partner platforms?
    The courses vary by partner, ranging from professional certifications to personal development courses. Each partner platform has its own catalog of offerings.
  • I’m having trouble accessing the Elevate website. What should I do?
